RETURNS POLICY

Please note that items such as earrings are non-returnable/refundable. This is of course for hygiene reasons. Customized orders are also non-returnable or refundable as it was custom-made to your needs.

Damages

All items are packaged securely to ensure that your items do NOT get damaged during transit as we do use bubbled mailers. However, in the event of your items arriving damaged due to mishandling by couriers, The Chic Clique cannot be held responsible for compensation.

If however, the damages are of manufacturing, please reach out to us via email with your images, order number and proof of payment.

Change of mind

No returns or refunds will be accepted as a change of mind or unwanted. All purchases are final unless cancelled.

Cancellations

Please note that cancellations will only be facilitated before processing has commenced. Once your order is in the processing status, we unfortunately are not able to cancel your order.
